Rice Wholesale-Retail Trading BizPlan

I again did a Rice Wholesale-Retail Business Plan per request of a Cavitena  (Filipina).  It’s not a “pwede na yan” or copy-paste thing as I immersed, researched a lot and did actual field interviews. Most of the request came from OFW as they can use it to loan capital at OWA.

I can now provide a more detailed and updated Rice Wholesale-Retail Business Plan

Like what I did for other requesting party, I made it as realistic as possible and tailored made, reader friendly and you can already start with your business as there are step by step guide and pricing.

If you are going to pursue your desired business, I need to ask where are you base and where do you intend to establish your Rice Trading business?

I ask because the location is important.  Price also fluctuates regularly.

Most who earlier requested are OFW as they are using it to acquire loan at OWA.  I also receive request from Foreigners.  Are you an OFW?

My Business Plan are far different  from works of other maker (“tumbok mo agad through a step by step guide how to start right away.  Kita mod din agad ang expenses and income as I did field research and actual operation study).  I also visited miller suppliers plan and study variety sample as shown photos.

I won’t pretend to know it all but I have more than enough experience for your requirement.

Other requests in the past are are as follows:

  • Moringa Cultivation and Processing Feasibility and Business Plan
  • Cavendish Banana Farming and Export Potential
  • Software and Hardware Development
  • There’s more

Old Fashioned Miniature Houses and Wood crafts

My arts is non-traditional.  This time, I am desiring for a craft that is also a potential business:

  • Birds House
  • Miniature Toy House
  • Cabinet House
  • Other related

They maybe old fashioned but this kind of craft are close to the heart of people, especially the children and promote values.  As such, there is a market for these and if given the fund grant, it will take a long way in terms of income and return on investment.

Yes, machine made Christmas decors from China are cheaper but handcrafted are still prefer by many as they are natural and heartwarming.  If given the chance, I intend to establish a store for such soon.  If I will be supported by a grantee or investor, online shop is also possible.

I do not claim ownership to the actual designs and photos.  Images are excerpted.

Change Has Come to America’s Credit Cards

The new federal credit card rules finally took effect Monday to regulate the business that eaten America alive over the past years.   As per report, the rules, passed by Congress in May, seek to “level the playing field” between consumers and credit card companies, President Obama said.  Nonetheless, new regulatory bodies are needed to replace the fractured oversight of seven regulatory bodies that failed to prevent the abusive credit card practices.

Among the changes that took effect Monday:

  • Increased interest rates cannot be applied retroactively to existing balances. New rates can apply only to new charges.
  • The interest rate on a fixed-rate credit card cannot be increased during the first year an account is open unless the customer is more than 60 days behind in making a payment.
  • Banks cannot automatically sign up customers for programs that allow them to exceed their credit limit for a set fee. Customers must proactively opt-in to such programs.
  • Fees on a credit card, such as the annual fee, cannot be more than 25% of the card’s initial credit limit.
  • People younger than 21 must show they can make credit card payments or have a co-signer to open an account.
  • Bills must denote how long it would take to pay off the card’s balance if only the minimum payment is made, and how much in total the customer would end up paying.
  • Payments over the minimum must be applied to the balance with the highest interest rate.
  • The due date for credit card payments must be the same every month, and payments cannot be due earlier than 5 p.m. on a business day. Customers have until the next business day when a due date falls on a weekend or a holiday.
  • Those provisions follow ones that took effect in August requiring banks to notify customers at least 45 days before increasing a card’s interest rate and to mail statements 21 days before the bill is due, up from 14 days.

The new rules are expected to help consumers but critics say it won’t solve all the problems.

But as mentioned by one customer, “at least we’re no longer going to get run over by the train from behind,” he said. “Now we can see it coming and maybe jump to the next track.”

Obama New Budget for Dummies

President Obama seem to walk in the harder path for his country…  doing what he think is best, rather than pleasing the traditional politicians, critic and not be dictated by  his party.  This was clearly seen to his new $3.8 trillion budget for the fiscal year 2011.

Compared to Bush-era, Obama calls for increased spending on what are the necessity and necessary for America:

  • Ededucation
  • Clean energy technology
  • Moderation on the defense budget
  • Job creation

Obama also did what he promised during the campaign for his Presidentcy… tax cuts for high-income Americans expire as scheduled at the end of 2010.

Although, many are frustrated as he seem to depart from the “American Dream” thing (unorthodox way of facing recession as what JFK and other known American presidents did), many experts agree that Obama is doing the right thing.

Black History Month

Black History Month is a national annual observance for remembrance of important people and events in the history of the African diaspora. It is being celebrated in America and Canada in the month of February but October in United Kingdom.  Dark ages for Black Africans happened on the said nations.  Though the experience was somehow horifying, African Americans of today (especially those that excelled in various field… latest is Barak Obama), should thank the sacrifices of their fore fathers that resulted to the kind of life and recognition they have right now.  But do not forget that God also used white and other races for the black to gain their freedom.   Whatever race they maybe (those that help), history also reveal that without the impact of the Gospel or the Bible, freedom for the black and opressed races will never came to pass.  Historically, the people that fought for the genuine freedom for the blacks are Christians and true followers of Jesus during those time.

As recorded, the remembrance originated in 1926 by historian Carter G. Woodson as “Negro History Week”. Woodson chose the second week of February because it marked the birthdays of two Americans who greatly influenced the lives and social condition of African Americans: former President Abraham Lincoln and abolitionist and former slave Frederick Douglass. Woodson also founded the Association for the Study of Negro Life and History, now the Association for the Study of African American Life and History.

Thanks to the former TV program of the 70’s, many were informed of Black African’s history (not just the Hollocaust – stories of the Jews).

Hope someone could infomed me if the poster is the same “Roots” that was originally shown during the 70’s ,or just a remake.
