There’s more and Invite farm investor and enthusiast for a joint venture. If you are interested, I can provide business plan or feasibility study for the crop you desire to cultivate.
I went to Davao Philippines last October 19 til December 1, 2011 per request of a foreign client to facilitate and monitor a Cavedish Banana export deal. The region is so rich in fruits, sea foods, mining mineral and other natural resources. I stayed for more than a month hoping that I could brought income to my wife enough to finance her breast cancer treatment and give her a happy Christmas celebration. Sadly, I got home bitter bankrupt because my chosen supplier got obsessed with the down payment and cheated me and my client by loading reject bananas instead of Class A export quality. To make the story short, I went home broke with tons of debts because my client stop the sending of support.
I am still into Cavendish Banana Export but I now partner with new reliable cooperative-supplier. But I could not believed that part of the region where I came was destroyed and devastated by a typhoon that passed through after I leave the place. I was very thankful because I am no longer in the island when the storm devastated the region. In the contrary, I and my wife felt pity and sympathetic as large part of the region was unimaginably destroyed in a matter of hours. You may have seen it on the news… hundreds have died helplessly and the residential and commercial areas have been wiped away by flash flood.
For Christmas sake… pls donate whatever support you can give. Definitely I am going back but this time I hope I could bring donations with your support, to reach out to the affected . As always, I will partner with local a church and non-governmental organization as I won’t pretend that I can make it on my own. My skills in business plan and feasibility study, and my more than 15 years experience in the corporate sector including my voluntary experience in community service and rebuilding since 1986 will be very useful. I could also design cheap convenient housing structure and my Civil Engineer and contractor brothers can assist (Photos and details of my community service and helping the less fortunate experience are available upon request). Rest assured that I will provide accounting and reports with photos.

I no longer desire extravagant Christmas celebration. But if I receive donations, I will be delighted to be a channel through rebuilding the devastated communities within my reach.
You won’t believe how a simple kind of kindness would change lives and God will bless you for reaching out.

Unknown to many, there is a bee farm in Cavite Philippines that produce pure virgin honey from Italian bees, entirely from plant nectar. It produces unheated, unfiltered, unprocessed and unadulterated; and it contains simple sugars, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes. Another thing, it is highly nutritious with enhanced medicinal and healing properties.
Virgin honey is extracted every summer, bottled it, and seals it fresh to preserve all its natural goodness. Bees from farm make each 500 gram bottleful of honey from the nectar of over 5 million flowers.
Below are the products produced out of honey harvest:
Kindly e-mail me directly at denissalvatierra@yahoo.com if you are interested to buy any of the products from honey

Many of us only see rare birds on zoo. Little did we know that bird watching is already a business in many countries? Philippines is one of the few countries who have the most of the bird species known and still to be discovered.
Below are a few of the more than 570 species of birds and more or less 180 of them are only found in the Philippines. The most endangered is the Philippine Eagle.
Black-faced coucal Philippine hawk-owl
Stripe headed rhabdornis
Flame breasted fruit dove
Writhed hornbill
Philippine serpent eagle
Philippine trogon
Flame-templed bambler
Tarictic hornbill
Celestial monarch
Latest rare species that faces high risk of extinction was discovered in Babuyan island on 2004. It was named “Calayan Rail
The Colasisi is the smallest Philippine Parrot
Bird watching is more than a hobby. Many of the bird watchers are armed with expensive binoculars, professional cameras with long lenses, light clothing, backpack, hats, etc. Some even made a career on it. They hikes in inconvenient places as forest, cemeteries, fields, name it. Known reference as published by Oxford Press is “The Guide to the Birds of the Philippines,” by Robert S. Kenedy et. al.
For more info on Philippine birds, you can join the Wild Bird Club of the Philippines (WBCP). You can find them on the net at www.birdwatc.ph. WBCP is also known in helping Department of Environment and Natural Resources Philippines (DENR) in collecting data for the Asian Waterbird Census for its annual global survey on water birds.
Caution.
Don’t catch Bird Flu. There is an ethical battle cry…”just watch, don’t catch.”
Rules are just simple:
Stay away from sick birds
Never ever handle dead ones
Capture not from the wild
If one follows these simple basic rules then the danger of contracting bird flu is remote.
For more information on bird flu, visit www.doh .gov.ph.

I actually grew up in the urban Metro Manila until finished college and work in a corporate company. I thought, I will settle there because I am now in this beautiful City of Tagaytay.
Who would have thought that I will get married in this special place and settled for good? I even have achieved one of the most inexpensive wedding yet a bit elegant. But my wedding was just one thing. Settling in Tagaytay is another and I was glad we settled here. Why? I think it will better if you yourself visit and observe why many are migrating here now a days and settle for good. A number of them are Tourist and Overseas Filipino/Contract Workets (OFW/OCW). Many are retirees (foreign and locals).
If you are thinking of living in Tagaytay, better you consider a known and reliable developer… no other than SM Residences
